Zen House is a Veteran owned organization. We transform short-term rentals, bringing our guests a quality travel experience. We offer apartments. lofts, and vacation homes to professional travelers in the most visited neighborhoods. Our stays provide hotel-like amenities, such as travel-size toiletries, towels, & premium linen for every stay, along with all the advantages of a home, like spacious kitchens and comfortable living spaces.

Our Story

In 2020 during the heart of COVID-19, we seen a need, and decided to do something about it. Zen house wanted to give safe, relaxing, and remote traveling options for business professionals, and nomads during a time when fear halted plans.

Zen House has curated quality traveling experiences, creating opportunity to give back to low income communities. While fulfilling one need, we seen a greater need rising in the school districts of the inner city. We were made aware of the housing crisis for children of absent parents. To answer the call, Zen house created two group homes for children in the Dayton area. Zen House allocates 35% of it’s revenue to fund our group homes, and healing retreats for disabled veterans..

For every confirmed booking, 20% of our revenue directly funds two Zen House group homes located in the city of Dayton, Ohio. For every confirmed booking, 15% of our revenue directly funds our Zen House healing retreat for veterans with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and Bi-polar disorder.
